Birthday parties

The birthday photos everyone took, finally in one place.

Thirtieth, fiftieth, a surprise, or a first birthday — every guest takes pictures, and almost none of them get sent to the guest of honor. PicPost collects them as the party happens and shows them on a live photo wall, so the memories don't get stuck in forty camera rolls.

Why birthday photos usually get lost

The surprise

The look on their face when the lights came on — captured by six different friends from six different angles. Now you'll actually see all six.

The cake moment

Everyone raises a phone for the candles. With PicPost, every one of those shots lands in the same album.

The late-night stories

The best moments come after dinner. Guests can keep sharing until the last ones leave.

How it works

Three steps for your guests. That's all.

  1. Guests scan the QR code

Put PicPost's QR code on tables, signs, or your invitation. Guests point their phone camera at it — nothing to download, no account to create.

  2. They share their photos

They type their first name and choose photos from their phone, iPhone or Android. Each photo is checked automatically before it appears.

  3. Everyone watches it come together

Photos appear on a live photo wall on a TV or projector. After the party, you download the whole collection.

The photo wall becomes the party's conversation piece

Put the wall on the living room TV or a projector in the backyard. Photos from the party show up as guests share them — people point, laugh, and go take more. It's especially fun for milestone birthdays, when old friends see each other for the first time in years.

Setting it up for a birthday

  1. Buy your event, claim your account, and name it something fun — "Dana Turns 40".
  2. Print a couple of QR cards: one by the drinks, one by the cake table.
  3. Put the photo wall on a TV where people gather.
  4. After the party, download every photo as one .zip file and send the best ones to the guest of honor.

Questions about birthday parties

Is PicPost good for a surprise party?

Yes. You can set up the event and print the QR cards ahead of time, and share them only with guests. Uploads open when you switch your event on.

Can grandparents use it?

Yes. There's nothing to install and no account to create. Guests point their phone camera at the QR code, type a first name, and choose photos.

Can we use it for a kid's birthday?

Yes — parents and family share the photos. You can also choose to approve each photo yourself before it appears on the wall.

Give every guest a way to share.

Set up in minutes. Guests share from the moment they arrive. You keep every photo.
