Terms of Service

Last updated October 14, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PicPost, including the picpost.app website, the PicPost app, event upload pages, and photo walls (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by RAND Meridian, LLC (“PicPost,” “we,” “us”). By buying an event, creating an account, or sharing a photo, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who these Terms apply to

Hosts are people who buy PicPost for an event and manage it. Guests are people who share photos to an event. Some sections apply only to hosts or only to guests; the rest apply to everyone.

2. The Service

PicPost lets a host collect photos from guests at a personal celebration. Guests share photos from their phones using the event’s QR code or link; photos can appear on a live photo wall; and the host can review, remove, and download the photos. PicPost is intended for personal celebrations such as weddings and parties.

3. Purchases and payment (hosts)

  • PicPost is sold per event. Each purchase covers one event of the size you choose (Small: up to 100 guests; Medium: up to 250; Large: up to 500). Prices are shown on our Pricing page in US dollars and are charged once, at checkout. There is no subscription.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe’s terms.
  • You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

4. Refunds (hosts)

If you haven’t switched your event on yet, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If PicPost doesn’t work as described during your event because of a problem on our side, email us within 14 days after the event and we’ll make it right, which may include a full or partial refund. Email [email protected]. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.

5. Your account (hosts)

Keep your login details secure and tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the people you invite to help manage your event.

6. Host responsibilities

  • Let your guests know that photos they share may appear on a photo wall at the event and will be available to you and your event team.
  • Use the moderation tools to keep your wall appropriate for your audience. Automated screening helps, but it is not perfect, and you are responsible for what you choose to display.
  • Download your photos during the 10-day period after your event. Photos are scheduled for deletion after that period, and we can’t recover deleted photos.
  • Use the photos you collect in a way that respects your guests and the people pictured, and in compliance with applicable law.

7. Guest responsibilities

By sharing a photo, you confirm that you took it or have the right to share it, and that sharing it doesn’t violate anyone’s rights or the law. Please be considerate about sharing photos of other people, especially children, and respect any wishes guests express about being photographed.

8. Content rules

Don’t use PicPost to share content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, illegal, or that infringes someone else’s rights, and don’t share private information about others without permission. Don’t try to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or use it to send spam. We may remove content, hold photos for review, pause uploads, or suspend access when we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

9. Ownership and permissions

You keep ownership of the photos and captions you share. When a guest shares a photo to an event, the guest gives (a) PicPost permission to store, process, screen, and display the photo as needed to provide the Service, and (b) the host permission to view, download, keep, and share the photo for personal, non-commercial purposes related to the event. PicPost does not use event photos for advertising or to train AI models.

The PicPost name, logo, website, and software belong to RAND Meridian, LLC. We give you a limited, personal permission to use the Service under these Terms.

10. Data protection

Data Processing Addendum. If Customer’s use of the Service involves PicPost processing personal data on Customer’s behalf that is subject to applicable data protection or privacy law (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act), the Data Processing Addendum available at picpost.app/legal/dpa (the “DPA”) is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms of Service. By accepting these Terms of Service or using the Service, Customer accepts the DPA. PicPost will provide a countersigned copy of the DPA at no cost to any Customer whose procurement process requires one; requests may be sent to [email protected]. For purposes of these Terms, “Customer” means the host.

11. Availability and changes to the Service

We work hard to keep PicPost running smoothly, especially during events, but the Service depends on internet connections, phones, venue Wi-Fi, and third-party providers, and we can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features over time.

12. Disclaimers

Except as stated in these Terms, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PicPost will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, photos, or profits. PicPost’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the event the claim relates to. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

If you use the Service in a way that breaks these Terms or the law, or infringes someone’s rights, you agree to cover the reasonable costs PicPost incurs as a result, including reasonable legal fees, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Ending use of the Service

You can stop using PicPost at any time. We may suspend or end access to the Service for anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date. Changes apply to purchases and uses after the update.
