SMS Terms

Last updated October 20, 2026

These SMS Terms explain the PicPost event-alert text messages. They are part of our Terms of Service. PicPost is a registered trade name of RAND Meridian, LLC, operated and supported by Digital Face Media.

1. What the program is

Program name: PicPost Event Alerts. PicPost sends account notifications by text to event hosts who ask for them, such as an alert that their event is almost full or full, with a link to upgrade. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we don’t text guests through this program.

2. How you sign up

Text alerts are optional. A host signs up on their event page in the PicPost app by entering a mobile number and ticking a box that is unchecked by default. Next to the box, we show this wording:

Yes, text me PicPost alerts about this event, like when it’s almost full or full. Up to 5 messages per event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing isn’t required to use PicPost. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

Agreeing to texts is never required to buy or use PicPost. Event alerts are always sent by email too.

3. How often

Up to 5 messages per event, usually 1 or 2. Messages are sent only while your event is collecting photos.

4. Cost

PicPost doesn’t charge for alert texts. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

5. How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop all PicPost texts. You’ll get one message confirming you’re unsubscribed. You can also turn off text alerts on your event page at any time. To start again, sign up on your event page, or reply START.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any message for a reminder of how to stop texts. For anything else, email [email protected] and a real person will help.

7. Carriers

Supported on major US and Canadian carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the alerts you asked for. We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data, or consent to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
